Etched Murano Glass Mirror - Gold Flowers

Exquisite, handcrafted Venetian mirror replicating the hand etched designs Venetian mirrors of the early 1900's. The center reflecting surface is a true mirror of Murano glass (9" X 12"). The inclined border-edge mirrors (surrounding the center mirror) have been hand etched and have a tasteful touch of antiquing to provide the antique look of Venetian mirrors of the early 1900's. This mirror features clear Murano glass flower accents along with gold glass leaves and double gold glass rods completing the inner and outer border. The basic construction maintains the techniques from the 1900's of attaching the glass pieces using wire wrap, glass studded nails and glue.Outside mirror dimensions are approximately 18 inches in height and 15 inches in width. Mirror is handmade in Murano, Italy.(comes complete with leg stand for table top display or hook for wall mounting)
