| Fanciful Millefiori Paperweight using the millefiori canes to create ribbons of color, Authentic Murano Glass. Size is approximately 7cm (about 3 inches). The making of paperweights combines two types of glassmaking. First the canes are made which give the little flowers, then these are worked in the furnace to complete the paperweight, an altogether time consuming tasks. No two are ever alike and this style has some bubbles naturally in them. |
